How to ask in order to receive a quick and comprehensive answer?

1. A drawing or sketch of the item you are looking for.
It is best to send a drawing in one of the popular formats for graphics: pdf, jpg, png, bmp if you do not have an electronic version of the drawing and it is not possible to make one, please send a copy as a hand-drawn sketch. You can use any drawing from our website which shows a similar or analogous product to the one you are looking for. You can then provide the values of the dimensions indicated by the letters on the drawings. Sometimes customers prefer to simply send a specific rubber or silicone design (this also helps to specify the material).

2. The number of pieces for which you require a quotation.
You can provide several ranges (levels) of expected demand. Prices sometimes vary for different quantities, especially when implementing a new design. It is worth indicating the possible regularity of collections. Then quantities should be related to a time scale (week, month, quarter, year).

3. The material of which the workpiece is to be made or a description of the working environment.

4. Determination of the hardness of the seal. a suggestion for a completion date.

What payment methods do you accept?

How long does shipping take?

The lead time depends on both the number of pieces and the complexity of the product as well as the number of orders we are making at any one time. The most common deadline is 2 weeks. In cases that require moulds to be made using specialised tools and machinery, the completion date extends to 30 or even 40 days. Delivery can take between 3-10 working days.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping to selected countries. When placing your order, please ask in the form if your country is eligible for shipping. Please note that additional customs duties or taxes may be charged at the time of delivery, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Complaints

Complaints are accepted in the event of an error on our part, such as the wrong material being selected despite
comprehensive information on the working environment from the customer or incorrect dimensions.
